2. Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled.
3. Children of age 13 and below must be accompanied by an adult.

5. Refrain from recording inside the cinema screens.
6. No Smoking in the cinema premises.
7. Mobile phones should be switched off or on silent mode during the movie.
8. Refrain from making any loud conversations while inside the hall.
9. Oversized bags are not allowed inside the hall.
